The activities we develop are a catalyst in the fulfillment of our mission & vision.
They take place within three sectors:
Art & Culture – Art and Poetry
- Installations; Creating art objects that involve the environment, where context and artwork challenge each other.
- Autonomous images; Creating art objects that stand alone. The images can be placed in any context or end up in an installation.
- Design; Creating art objects with a practical use, this can be spiritual but also very practical.
- Performance; An artistic act where the audience is present at what we do. Sometimes this is planned, sometimes the performance arises through participation of and interaction with the audience.
- Poetry;; with or without an image.
Well-being – Social Cultural
- International cooperation: Creating art objects where guest and host country challenge each other in the field of Art and Culture. Wonder and attunement to each other: work#art / audience, artists, guest country, etc.
- Life as a Work of Art; Bringing people together around a work of art) and a theme to be placed in context: Quality of (Together) Life (e.g.) Participatory guidance in TGI working method.
- TGI Artwork as a product in a guidance project; Making art objects with an applied character. Imagination and representation: the soul and mission of a company are always more than just a product.
- Workshop; An artistic activity around 'what is involved in collaboration with your own representation'. Learning experience through interaction
- Incubator: At the business address, offering artists from various disciplines the opportunity to be inspired in an artistic environment and to come up with new art, whether or not in collaboration with each other and/or work#art.
Education & training
- Guided Intervision (via TGI*)Guiding a group in learning to reflect on their own functioning in a working method that is focused on learning with each other and from each other.
- Work supervision: Practical support and feedback during the translation of ideas into material and the product. What one does works; one gets a grip on what one is doing.
- Training: Supervising a group. One learns to experience by doing, in a working method that is focused on learning with each other and from each other.
- LecturesArt appreciation

* TGI In group processes and experience-oriented learning, we like to work from the framework of Theme Centered Interaction (TGI) to shape 'learning together'. With the four-factor model, the complex reality surrounding a theme becomes clear and manageable for participants and supervisors. TGI is aimed at encouraging self-management; Participatory leadership is practiced and based on personal leadership.
the four-factor model in TGI
It = the task
We = the participants
I = the participant / the participating leader
Globe = the context (culture and organizational development)

By examining the connections between the points of the triangle in the sphere, a framework is created in which people can get to know and support each other on a different level.
For us, as an artist duo working under the brand name work#art, the art we create acts as a catalyst. The use of old materials as 'worn' enhances this effect.
In our collaboration we make the differences between us work for us. The art that arises is something that we could not have invented or created independently of each other.
Such a process is confrontational, processing and reflective.
Poetry and dynamics at the same time.
Constantly changing in terms of angle, design and perspective.
