Because we form a duo, our approach is dynamic in nature and constantly evolving
change in
angle, design and perspective. From our own professional
approach to art, we emphasize the quality of art. As a vital company, we aim to form a living organism. work#art wants to participate as a sounding board, experience it and thus contribute to the cultural development that we are experiencing as a society.
What we do consciously does not follow a preconceived plan or a preconceived point of view. Usually a method of working gradually emerges and it often turns out differently than we had in mind at the start.
Actually, we prefer not to talk about making: it is rather a form of experiencing what we do. In this way, the work and we literally get a picture of what we were aiming for, in retrospect, through each other.
A sounding board.
Installations are the best form of expression for us, because we can enable the artwork, makers, environment and audience to influence each other in a proportionate way.
We mostly use found materials and objects to work with. Their history gives a new context an unexpected meaning: upside down and inside out, familiar shapes suddenly become wonderfully meaningful. Content and form suddenly reveal a new world.
Placed in an existing environment, our work allows that space to help relive and experience an image.
